This role plays a vital part in assisting the HR department and client group, engaging in compliance and administration. Key responsibilities include timekeeping in Workday, recruiting support, and preparing reports on key operational metrics. Candidates should possess strong Excel skills and experience with WSIB claims management to excel in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare biweekly timekeeping logs for payroll
• Assist with recruiting, interviews, and onboarding
• Track production and maintenance KPIs
• Administer employee uniform reimbursement programs
• Coordinate and represent at community activities
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Human Resources or related field
• 1-3 years of HR or comparable experience
