Position Overview
We are looking for an Associate advisor and Operations Manager in our Toronto location managing client investments, relationships, initiating, implementing and maintaining operations with our advisor team.
Responsibilities
- Manage relationships and investment management for a group of clients
- Work with other advisors on the team in managing client affairs, including investment management, wealth planning and insurance coverage
- Assist in development and implementation of processes and best practices for investment implementation and maintenance, client reporting, and business analytics
- Incorporate systems into daily activities and work with colleagues to maximize efficiency of systems
Qualifications
- 5 or more years of industry/advisory experience
- Strong systems knowledge: MS Office Suite, strong Excel, data management tools
