Job Description
The primary role of the Associate is to support and assist the Print Investment team throughout the media process, including campaign planning and order management, on behalf of our client roster. The Associate attends to all administrative functions and documentation required to carry out assigned media functions.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Support the Print Investment team to ensure flawless execution of media campaigns
+ Work alongside manager to evaluate media opportunities and prepare recommendations accordingly (to include tactical plan, implementation and analytical insights)
+ Follow through on all key deadlines for plan delivery to internal, client and vendor audiences
+ Communicate with publishers (i.e., newspapers, magazines) to ensure order / circulation accuracy and timely approvals; troubleshoot issues and bring forth timely solutions
+ Attend campaign kick-off and other team meetings; work with the team to establish workflow processes and manage pr...
