Associate Manager, Finance

About the Role

In this role you will monitor GL team in HK for statutory accounting, periodic reporting, balance sheet reconciliation, coordinating statutory audit, tax return and compliance for North Asia companies. This role will support forecasting as well. Subject matter experts in finance operation and policies and accounting treatment. As regional finance contact point to liaise with US head office and other Asia sourcing offices.

What You'll Do

Owner for month end closing. Organize and maintain appropriate accounting books and records.

Supervise a small team of 1-2 person on day-to-day operation

Prepare regular management reports, cash flow forecast and balance sheet reconciliation

Spot errors and suggest ways to improve efficiency and spending

Ensures the integrity of accounting information

Prepare management accounts, provide requested materials and liaise with auditors in preparation of statuto...
