Position Summary
We are looking for a highly creative, commercially minded, and trend-savvy Associate Marketing Manager to support the development of the Fine Fragrance business in Colombia, working closely with key direct selling clients across Colombia, Guatemala, and Mexico. This role is adecuado for someone passionate about fragrance, beauty, fashion, trends, storytelling, and consumer insight, with strong presentation skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships internally and externally. The position is based in Colombia within a multinational fragrance house with regional leadership in Brazil, requiring collaboration across multicultural teams and markets.
