Reporting to the Associate Director, Investor Delivery, a list of your responsibilities will include:
- Set up and maintain investor profiles accurately and efficiently as outlined by the investor in documents or requested updates thereafter
- Processing transactions in accordance with the guidelines outlined in the fund offering documents, with attention to proper procedures and deadlines
- Assist with the organization’s FATCA/CRS service offering to our clients
- Prepare wire payments and account transfer transactions through various banking platforms to settle distributions, and transfer approved dealing proceeds to the client trading account
- Prepare periodic fund activity reports for submission to relevant clients or their regulatory bodies, reporting, including statement of holdings, shareholder registers, and audit confirmations, etc
