Role Summary
As an Associate, Performance, you will be responsible for delivering investment performance results across CPP Investments’ global portfolio. You will analyze performance results, investigate drivers of returns, and ensure the accuracy and integrity of performance, benchmark, and attribution outputs. In this role, you will work closely with investment teams and stakeholders to translate complex performance data into clear insights, while identifying and resolving issues as they arise. You will also contribute to improving processes, enhancing controls, and supporting system and methodology changes across the performance function. This role offers exposure to a wide range of asset classes and investment strategies, combining analytical problem-solving, technical development, and stakeholder engagement. The Performance team sits at the intersection of data, investment strategy, and decision-making.
