Our client, a company in the asset management industry, is seeking a Native Japanese Associate/Junior Compliance Officer to join their compliance team. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with the Head of Compliance in Japan, providing regulatory advice and supporting investment compliance initiatives. The position offers a competitive base salary of up to 15M and a hybrid work setup.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review sales materials and external communications for compliance
- Provide regulatory advice on business issues
- Support implementation of financial crime compliance frameworks
