To perform semi-skilled work, under the direction of the head facilities serviceperson, in the supervision and participation of the cleaning program to maintain the cleanliness, orderliness, appearance and safe condition of the facilities, and be able to operate various mechanical systems in a responsible and accurate manner in the performance of assigned responsibilities.
