Job Title: Automation Engineer Tech – ASRS / AMR Systems Location: United States Job Summary The Automation Engineer Tech – ASRS/AMR is responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, and support of automated material handling systems including ASRS (Automated Storage & Retrieval Systems) and AMRs (Autonomous Mobile Robots). The role ensures high system uptime, supports production flow, and performs preventive and corrective maintenance in a highly automated manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Monitor and support daily operation of ASRS and AMR systems to ensure efficient material flow and uptime Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on cranes, conveyors, shuttles, lifts, and AMRs/AGVs Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and control system issues including PLCs (Allen-Bradley / Siemens), sensors, motors, drives, and industrial communication systems Respond to system alarms and downtime events to restore operations quickly Support installation, commissioning, and ...
