Your Mission
As an Automation & Industrialization Specialist, you will be the technical cornerstone of the Felgueiras plant’s autonomy. You will manage automation modifications for both existing equipment and new industrialization projects. You will play a dual role: driving technical improvements and providing high-level analytical support for complex maintenance interventions to ensure maximum equipment performance.
Key Responsibilities
Industrialization & Project Excellence
- Manage automation modifications and improvements on existing machines.
- Lead the automation scope within new industrialization projects.
- Carry out PLC, drive, and HMI program modifications (Siemens TIA Portal, Step7, Proface).
- Write and follow control plans during acceptance phases at suppliers and on-site.
- Collaborate in product development by defining industrial and technical constraints.
