Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of automotive locksmith technicians to ensure efficient service delivery and adherence to company standards.
- Manage dispatch and automotive locksmith team, including scheduling, job allocation, shop closure.
- Assign service calls, prioritize emergency lockout requests, and monitor job progress to ensure timely completion.
