A Day in the Life:
Project management of training process to implement in dealer network.Communication and support to training areas of dealers.Perform activities related to project management: budget control, purchase process and supplier management.Propose and follow up to specific training and career plans according to job positions and KPIs.Measure and analyze the staff turnover and propose strategies to assure the training level in the dealer´s technician.Measure and analyze the performance of the main positions in the dealer network (KIPs impact)....
