AVP/VP Approvals - Real Estate Lead Regulatory & Statutory Approvals: Responsible for securing all statutory and regulatory approvals from relevant authorities, including RERA, DTCP, GMDA, HSVP, DHBVN, HSIIDC, District Administration, Municipal Corporations, Fire Department, Environment Authorities, and other government agencies, in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. End-to-End Approval Management: Manage the complete approvals lifecycle, including application preparation, documentation, submissions, follow-ups, NOCs, licenses, permits, renewals, and final clearances required for project development and delivery. Approval Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute approval strategies and timelines for residential, commercial, industrial, mixed-use, and plotted development projects to ensure timely project launches and execution.
