Iris's client, one of the world's largest multinational Investment banking and financial services corporations, is looking to hire an AWS Data Engineer for a long-term opportunity.
AWS Lead for Migration (Toronto)
- AWS lead with knowledge of AWS services for Data migration and in-depth knowledge of python
- Knowledge of AWS services like Datasync and SCT for Data migration using DataSync or SCT
- Good understanding of AWS services like Air Flow or Step functions
- Knowledge of S3 and Redshift for data storage
- Work to Optimize jobs for performance, Validation and Testing
- Work on CDK updates and deployment for dev/UAT/prod
- Provide inputs to project and migration plan and work with Project Manager to create the plan
- Coordinate between teams (Infra, Cloud engineering, Development, Data, Operations etc.,)
- Help track progress, blockers, and facilitate resolutions
