Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage day-to-day engineering project plans
• Mentor and grow a skilled engineering team
• Ensure the service operates reliably as a critical system
• Collaborate with engineers for innovative design solutions
• Provide management with updates on development and operations
Requirements:
• 3+ years team management experience in engineering
• 7+ years of experience in engineering environments
• 3+ years designing systems (design patterns)
