NTT DATA is seeking an Azure API Management (APIM) and Self-Hosted Gateway (SHG) Administrator (Hybrid) to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. This role is critical for managing mission‑critical integrations, ensuring secure and reliable communication between cloud and on‑premise systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with architects and developers to define API interfaces in APIM and perform initial smoke tests using Postman or SoapUI.
- Troubleshoot integration issues, including IP allow‑listing, certificate trust chains, and firewall rules, using Kusto Query Language (KQL) and Azure Log Analytics.
- Manage environment deployments (DEV → QA → PROD) using Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates and Azure Pipelines for Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Create and manage ServiceNow Change Requests for CAB/TAB review before production migrations.
