- Lead and manage the B2B sales teams in Mexico, Ecuador, Colombia and Peru.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Track and analyze sales performance.
- Train and develop the sales team.
- Market research on growth topics for inDrive.Couriers.
- Identification of key BizDev opportunities for potential B2B customers.
- Project management for business development strategies for inDrive.Couriers.
- Close cooperation with other departments: marketing, analytics, legal, finance etc.
- Ensure compliance and budget management.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in B2B business development.
- Can-do attitude and extreme level of ownership.
