Become a key player as a Solutions Consultant, enhancing client onboarding with ExaCare's platform. Collaborate with the Business Operations Manager to deliver superior training and technical onboarding support.
This customer-facing role calls for at least one year of experience in consulting or B2B SaaS settings. You'll be tasked with creating effective training materials and coordinating multi-department functions, ensuring successful platform implementations. By documenting lessons and user feedback, you will contribute to ongoing product improvements and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead onboarding training and develop role-based curricula
• Create and update SOPs, FAQs, and help articles
• Continuously refine processes based on user feedback
• Support platform configuration and manage implementation timelines
• Provide thorough technical support during onboarding phases
Requirements:
• Over 1 year in a client-facing consulting context
