The Role
Infrastructure Specialists at Kyndryl are project‑based subject matter experts who provide analysis, documentation, diagramming, and timely solutions for clients’ infrastructure needs. The role involves two main aspects: contributing to current projects—analyzing problems, delivering solutions, testing, modifying, automating, and integrating systems— and long‑range strategic planning of IT infrastructure and operational execution. It is platform‑agnostic, requiring familiarity with a broad range of infrastructure technologies.

- Develop capacity solutions for backup repositories (local storage, tape, cloud, etc.).
