At COBS Bread Driftwood Mall, we're looking for an experienced Baker to join our team and help produce the fresh breads and baked goods our customers enjoy every day.
This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in quality, works well with a team, and enjoys the fast pace of a commercial bakery.
What You'll Be Doing
Mixing, scaling, shaping, proofing, and baking a variety of bread and bakery products
Maintaining product quality, consistency, and presentation standards
Managing production schedules to ensure fresh products are ready throughout the day
Receiving, rotating, and handling ingredients and supplies
Maintaining food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation standards
