Wage: $25-$27 per hour (Depending on experience)
Hours: 30-40 hours per week
Job duties for this position include:
- Produce the highest-quality baking products at all times while being a lead on the team.
- Provide training and assist in improving each individual’s skill and experience.
- Monitor ingredients inventory levels and manage ordering to ensure par levels in stock.
- Assist in scheduling for bakers to maintain operational and service standards.
- Establishes and maintains effective and positive communication amongst team members and all other departments.
