Your Role as Production Team Lead
The beautiful wall of bread and treats you see at every COBS Bread location doesn’t happen by accident. It’s due to the hard work, skills and insight of our production team. Right now, we are looking for personable Production Team Lead to share their love of fresh bread with our loyal customers.
What your Day Looks Like
- Lead and work as part of a small team to bake products from scratch early each morning, following carefully crafted recipes
- Lead and work alongside your team to keep the bakery clean, and contribute to a great customer experience
- Set and review production schedules to make sure product is out to meet our customers needs
