Band 6 - RMN Staff NurseMon to Fri 9.00-17.00 37.5h Address : Fulb Old Drift, Fulbourn, Cambridge CB21 5EE Start as soon as possible Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Receive, triage, and prioritise CAMHS referrals, ensuring timely and appropriate clinical decision-makingConduct initial screenings and risk assessments to determine urgency and care pathwaysAllocate referrals to appropriate services in line with clinical need and service criteriaLiaise with internal teams and external professionals to gather relevant information and support decision-makingProvide advice and guidance to referrers, families, and professionals regarding access to servicesEnsure all referrals and clinical activity are accurately documented in line with governance standards
