Position Title: Band Rep. Protection Manager – Full-Time Permanent
Position Description: Reporting to the Director of Family Well-being, the Band Rep. Protection Manager will be responsible for leading child and family advocacy efforts within Fort William First Nation community, working alongside external child welfare agencies. This position will actively create, implement, review and administer program initiatives and CYFSA compliance. This role ensures culture, priorities and input are represented in all child welfare matters. The position focuses on prevention, advocacy, coordination, and culturally grounded service delivery.
Major Responsibilities:
