Bar Supervisor [Bulgari Tokyo Ginza Bar – Café]

■Position

We are seeking a Supervisor for the Bulgari Ginza Bar located on the 10th floor of the Bulgari Ginza Tower.

■Job Responsibilities

In addition to providing bar service, you will support daily operations and team management.

Providing service and drinks at the bar counter

Preparing cocktails and beverages

Handling guest relations and resolving complaints

Assisting with staff training, coaching, and shift management

Maintaining and enhancing service quality

Supporting inventory control and cost management

Assisting in smooth daily bar operations

Supporting special events and functions

Full-time (Contract employment may be considered)

Based on skills and experience

■Working Hours

8 hours per day (60-minute break)
Monthly variable working hours system / shift-based schedule

115 annual holidays
