We are currently seeking a talented individual to become a Bartender.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- The Bartender is responsible for serving guests at our front bars and fulfilling drink orders for the dining room, monitoring the cash drawer at the bar and performing alcohol inventories at the end of each night to help in maintaining proper inventory levels.
- Always presents a friendly and professional image at Oaklawn.
- Enthusiastically supports, actively promotes, and demonstrates superior customer service in accordance with department and company standards and programs.
- Maintains strict confidentiality in all departmental and company matters.
- Provides impeccable guest service to all guests.
- Observes and reports any and all unsafe behavior displayed by internal and external guests.
- Greets and seats guests, presents menus to guests, informs them of promotions and specials.
