Job Description
We are seeking a hands‑on engineer responsible for end-to-end validation of battery systems , including cell testing, module/system‑level validation, and HIL-based simulation . The role requires strong expertise in electrical, software, and environmental testing of battery systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform validation and verification of BMS systems at cell, module, and pack level
- Develop and execute HIL test setups for BMS and ECU validation
- Conduct cell‑level testing including performance, lifecycle, and safety validation
- Perform environmental testing (thermal, vibration, humidity, shock)
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and validation reports
- Analyze test data and identify issues, root causes, and improvements
- Work with tools like CANalyzer, CANoe, CANape, LabVIEW, MATLAB/Simulink
