What You'll Do
- Respond quickly to internet leads and customer inquiries
- Answer inbound sales calls and messages
- Schedule appointments for our sales team
- Follow up with prospects via phone, text, and email
- Re-engage previous customers and unsold opportunities
- Maintain accurate CRM records
- Help generate showroom traffic and sales opportunities
- Deliver a professional and exceptional customer experience
What We're Looking For
