About the role
Join the flight deck as a Beechcraft 1900 First Officer and help deliver safe, efficient, and on‑time operations. You’ll work closely with the Captain, apply disciplined SOPs, and communicate clearly while building valuable multi‑crew turbine experience.
- Execute all phases of flight under the Captain’s direction with a strong safety and compliance mindset.
- Conduct thorough preflight planning, including weather, NOTAMs, performance, and weight & balance.
- Use checklists methodically and apply CRM to maintain situational awareness and clear cockpit communication.
- Monitor aircraft systems and assist with normal, abnormal, and emergency procedures as required.
- Complete accurate post‑flight documentation and uphold standards outlined in the Crew Practices Manual.
