About the Role
Beer Manager – Wine and Beyond, located in Regina, Saskatchewan. Full–time retail liquor management position with SNDL Inc. (Wine and Beyond).
What You’ll Do
- Lead and support a high-performing department team
- Drive beer sales and customer engagement
- Plan and host in-store tastings and events
- Maintain the department clean, stocked, and visually appealing
- Manage inventory, ordering, and product launches
- Maintain compliance with safety and liquor regulations
- Support daily store operations and collaborate with management
What You Bring
- 2+ years of retail or liquor experience
- Supervisory or leadership experience (preferred)
- Strong beer knowledge (Cicerone Level 1 or similar is a plus)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Serve It Right certification (or ability to obtain it)
