Take an impactful role as a Behaviour Consultant with posAbilities, enhancing the lives of adults with Autism across British Columbia. This full-time position allows for flexible scheduling while implementing Behaviour Analysis strategies.
As part of a dedicated team, you will develop comprehensive behaviour support plans tailored to individual needs, collaborating effectively with families, caregivers, and community stakeholders. Supervised by a BCBA, your expertise will guide positive behaviour changes and enhance adaptive skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess individual needs to design support plans
• Employ Applied Behaviour Analysis to create intervention strategies
• Train families and support staff in implemented techniques
• Submit detailed monthly reports on client progress
