Are you passionate about supporting young people and helping them overcome barriers to learning?
We are seeking a dedicated and resilient Behaviour Mentor / Student Support Mentor / Learning Mentor to join a welcoming secondary school in Harlow. This is a full-time role supporting students who may require additional support with behaviour, SEMH needs, emotional regulation, attendance, engagement, confidence, safeguarding and wellbeing.
This role would suit candidates with experience as a Behaviour Mentor, Youth Worker, Teaching Assistant (Behaviour), SEN Teaching Assistant, Learning Mentor, Inclusion Support Worker, Pastoral Assistant, Sports Coach, Residential Support Worker, or Psychology Graduate.
