- Provide targeted support to individual pupils or small groups, predominantly those with SEND that can also require support with their behaviour
- Monitor student progress and behaviour, ensuring a safe and supportive learning environment.
- Foster positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
- Engage in ongoing training, mentoring, and professional development throughout the academic year.
