Main Responsibilities
- Responsible for the operations of the bell desk
- Welcome and greet guests upon their arrival to the hotel
- Guest luggage handling and delivering in accordance to procedures
- Assist guests in their requests and enquiries
What we need from you
- 1-2 years’ relevant experience in a hotel environment.
- Helpful, outgoing, enjoy interacting with guests.
