As the Manager, Financial Operations & Reporting, you will lead the accounting tasks essential to BGC Canada’s mission. This includes payroll management, compliance reporting, and accurate monthly closes across multiple entities. With a focus on systems like Sage Intacct, your keen analytical skills will ensure accurate financial data and audit readiness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute and coordinate month-end close tasks
• Record donations and maintain financial databases
• Prepare accurate financial statements for review
• Address funder inquiries and maintain documentation
• Identify and implement process improvements
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Accounting or Finance
• Five years of progressive accounting experience
• Expertise in Canadian Accounting Standards
