Job Description
This role will be maintaining accurate and up-to-date information within the D365(ERP) system.
This position requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently to ensure data integrity for Sourcing and Purchasing functional areas of the organization.
MAJOR AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY
Data Entry and Maintenance
: Accurately enter and update data in D365 system.
Quality Assurance
: Conduct regular data audits to ensure the accuracy and completeness of information entered into the D365 system, identifying and correcting any discrepancies or errors in a timely manner.
Documentation
: Maintain thorough and organized documentation of data entry processes.
System Support
: Serve as a point of contact for D365 system users, providing assistance and troubleshooting support for data entry-related inquiries and issues, and escalating technical issues to the appropriate IT personnel when necessary.
