Take the lead in assisting newcomers as the Bilingual CSS Program Coordinator at the YMCA. This full-time salaried position focuses on compliance, outreach, and program development at the 365 Bloor St. East location.
The YMCA seeks a Bilingual CSS Program Coordinator with at least five years of outreach and strategy experience. Your role will encompass developing quality benchmarks and maintaining relationships with program staff and partners. You will also facilitate training programs and analyze program outcomes to enhance service delivery.
