- Fluent in English and Spanish (near‑native English required)
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge (typing, navigating systems)
- Responsible, punctual, and team‑oriented
- Call center experience is a plus, but not required
- Valid Mexican documentation is required
- Location: On‑site – Ensenada, B.C.
