Our client, a global leader in the pharmaceutical industry, is looking to add a Bilingual French Customer Service to their team in Markham on a 1-year contract basis.
The responsibilities for this position include:
Handling incoming phone and email requests from customers/sales representatives to ensure that requests for orders have been resolved promptly and thoroughly Handle all order and call management, including account verification, processing sales requests/orders, tracking orders, issue management, and first call resolution Maintenance of various email inboxes to ensure orders and requests are actioned promptly Provide support to new and existing customers using the online ordering portal Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and present them to the leadership team Successfully develop, collaborate, and maintain cross-functional relationships with other teams to ensure task complet...
