Join our CPB Operations & Delivery team as an Bilingual French Operations Officer III. In this vital role within our Estates Processing unit, you will guide families through the end-to-end settlement process with both technical precision and genuine compassion. You’ll be the bridge between complex back‑office transactions and the empathetic support estate representatives need during sensitive times.
This is a 1-year contract with a strong potential for extension or permanent conversion, offering a clear path for professional development within a premier financial institution.
Work Location: Hybrid (4 days per week onsite) at Mississauga.
Note: Training is 100% onsite for the first 2–3 weeks. Schedule: Monday to Friday, rotational shifts (8:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM).
Start Date: April 28, 2026. Hourly Pay: 25.34/ hour.
