Job Description
Requirements
- 5+ years of QA experience in Banking Financial Services environments.
- Strong hands-on experience in manual testing (functional, UAT, regression).
- Good understanding of core banking concepts such as payments, cards, account lifecycle, transactions, customer onboarding, or lending.
- Experience with Agile Scrum delivery models.
- Proficiency with QA tools such as JIRA, HP ALM, TestRail, and Confluence.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French (spoken and written) required for client and UAT interactions.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
