Full Time Bilingual (English and Punjabi) HR Manager – Milton, ON.
Responsibilities
Supports HR function for local business needs and leadership. Manages day‑to‑day HR services: employee relations, compensation, training & development, benefits, succession planning, and leadership development. Coordinates best practices and tools. Executes enterprise initiatives and acts as liaison to HR Shared Services team. Supports plant senior leadership and workforce planning. Advises on performance management, complex employee relations, policy interpretation, performance improvement. Oversees training programs, monitors completion and evaluates effectiveness. Partners with HRSS center of excellence (compliance, compensation, learning & development, HRIS, benefits). Liaises between plant leadership and HRSS. Oversees local HR team execution of programs.
