We are looking for a bilingual member support specialist to provide world‐class service to our members.
This is a unique opportunity to work a 4x10 shift, meaning you work 4 days a week and enjoy 3 consecutive days off!
In this role, you'll respond to emails, phone calls, and chats to ensure that our members' questions and concerns are taken care of quickly and efficiently.
