In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients. You will be responsible for conducting initial screenings, gathering critical information, and ensuring a seamless, welcoming onboarding experience. The ideal candidate is a skilled communicator in both English and Spanish who excels at active listening, accurate data entry, and providing exceptional customer service in fast-paced or high-stakes situations. First Impression: Act as the primary point of contact for prospective clients reaching out via phone, web forms, text, or live chat in both English and Spanish.
