Bilingual Talent Sourcing Partner

Job Overview As a member of the Talent Acquisition team within the broader People team, the Talent Sourcing Partner is responsible for owning and shaping sourcing strategy for critical, hard-to-fill, emerging and strategic talent segments at Wawanesa. Operating as a talent market advisor, this role goes beyond execution to inform hiring strategy, workforce decisions, and sourcing investment choices. This role requires high energy to scout talent (proactive outbound sourcing) paired with strategic rigor — talent mapping, competitive insights, skills‑based talent identification and leveraging data, AI & technology to uncover both passive and hidden talent while building high‑quality candidate pipelines.
