Talent Development
- Assist in the creation, design and delivery of training programs that empower employees to succeed.
- Support the annual performance review cycles, educate managers on how to set clear goals, and identify high-potential employees for future critical roles.
- Work alongside HR Business Partners to build a strong pipeline of talent that drives our mission forward.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify skill gaps and translate business needs into learning objectives.
Talent Acquisition
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle: from crafting job postings to sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top candidates.
