Talencity Inc. is on the lookout for a driven BIM & Design Automation Manager with 5-7 years of experience in manufacturing environments. This hands-on role emphasizes MEP design, spatial accuracy, and the production of fabrication-ready BIM deliverables. You'll support projects through all phases: SD50, DD100, IFT, construction administration, and ongoing design guardianship.
Key Responsibilities: • Develop and coordinate Autodesk Revit models for MEP systems • Manage multidisciplinary model coordination and clash detection • Establish BIM standards and enforce model health practices • Develop Dynamo workflows for early-stage layout studies • Translate engineering intent into spatially accurate BIM outputs
