Shape the future of corporate finance with BMO as an Associate Director. This role focuses on strategic management of significant commercial loan portfolios, emphasizing financial analysis and relationship building.
You will work within the Canadian Commercial Banking division to support large corporate clients. Your core tasks will include credit structuring, risk evaluations, and facilitating business development efforts. Collaborating with senior leadership, this role is positioned in Northern or Northwestern Ontario and aims to deliver superb client outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive credit analysis for lending decisions
• Negotiate loan terms that meet client and bank standards
• Monitor client portfolios for risk management
• Support proposal development and client engagement
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and revenue growth
Requirements:
• Minimum of 5-7 years in corporate finance roles
