Boarding Program and Well-Being Co-ordinator

What You’ll Do:
- In conjunction with the Dean and Boarding Team Lead, supports the student leadership program by collaborating with the Boarding Staff to develop initiatives and activities that foster leadership and student well‑being
- Develops student well‑being initiatives and activities that support the student leadership program, in collaboration with other Boarding staff members
- Monitors the delegated budget area for specific Boarding program activities in association with the Dean of Boarding
- Ensures Boarding Engagement tracker, Boarding Climate Survey and student well‑being data are gathered and analysed and collaboratively plans appropriate responses
